A1: Marate offers a 7-day return and exchange policy on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that any items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Q2: How do I return or exchange an item I purchased from Marate?
A2: You can return or exchange an item by visiting the store in person or by mailing the item back to us. If you are returning an item by mail, please include a note with your order number and a brief explanation of the return or exchange.

Q3: Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
A3: Yes, items that have been worn, washed, altered or products that are customised. are not eligible for a return or exchange.
